Notion Embed vs iFrame for Strava Widgets

Two ways to add Inktivity widgets: native /embed block or raw HTML iframe. Both work but behave differently.

Option 1: Notion /embed

One-click setup, mobile-friendly, no technical knowledge needed.

Option 2: Raw HTML iframe

Full control over dimensions and styling. Works on Obsidian, Confluence, websites, but not standard Notion.
